Welcome to the Muscogee County School District portal for Parents and Students!
This year, we are excited to let you know that registration and verification will be done completely online, including most of the required signatures!
For parents and guardians
The portal will allow you to access Online Registration as well as your verification paperwork which can be signed digitally.
Online Registration is located under the “More” section.
You must complete registration before your child can attend school.
Your verification paperwork is located under the “Documents” section. You will notice that some documents are tagged with “NEEDS ATTENTION.” Please review and digitally sign all the required paperwork.
Optional forms such as health forms and care plans are located under the “More” section in the “Quick Links” box.
Some forms will require your child’s signature as well. Your child must log into the Student Portal to digitally sign the forms. The Student Portal link can be found in the same place as the Parent Portal link under the “Families & Students” link on the main MCSD website.
If you have any issues or questions about registration or completing your paperwork, please contact your child’s school for assistance.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal Activation Instructions
Parents without a portal account, click the link below for instructions.
Q. I don’t have a Parent Portal account. What should I do?
A. Click on the Portal Activation Instructions link above and follow the steps. If you are unable to create your account, please call your child's school for assistance.
Q. I followed the Portal Activation instruction and was not able to retrieve my portal activation key.
A. Please contact your child's school for assistance.
Q. I have a Parent Portal account but I forgot my username and password.
A. On the Portal login page, there is a “Forgot Password?” and a "Forgot Username?" link. This will only work if you have set your security preferences and registered an email address when logging in previously. If you are not able to reset your password, please call your child's school.
Q. I can login to the Parent Portal, but I only see one of my children.
A. Please verify you are NOT logging in with your child’s 10 digit GTID/Student ID number. Parents should login with their own username and password. You may need to follow the steps above to create your own portal account. For additional assistance, contact your child's school.
Q: After attempting to login several times, I am getting a box with scrambled letters and numbers when trying to log in. What is this and what does it mean?
A: This is called a “Captcha”. If a parent mistypes or enters the incorrect password too many times, a captcha will appear. This is a security feature to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You will then need to enter the correct username, password, AND letters/numbers in the captcha box in order to log in. The blue “refresh” button underneath the captcha box can be used to select a different captcha if one is too difficult to read. If the parent fails to login, then you will need to get your account reset. Please contact your child's school to have your account reset.
